Members of the White Hat Events Committee presented a cheque for a record-breaking £185,000 to ChildLine at this week's Infosecurity Europe conference in London.

Committee chairman Gerry O'Neill and the 2011 chairman, David Morgan, presented the cheque to ChildLine volunteer worker Grania Hyde-White.
O'Neill said: â£185,000 is an excellent amount and enables ChildLine to continue their great work of helping vulnerable or concerned children and teens, via their telephone helpline, text and email services.
âWarm thanks for this record amount goes to these fascinated with each of our events, whether organisers, participants, supporters or donors. Thanks all, you're helping us make an actual difference to young lives."
Esther Rantzen, founding father of ChildLine, said: âBecause of the intense amount of cash that you've been ready to raise through the years, ChildLine is now able where, for the primary time, we're answering every child who needs us, the primary time they call.â
